Collective section
A collective re ers to a speci ic group, as well as an organization, association, or simply a segment of beneficiaries. This group will be associated with a geographic area (country) where the service will be active and linked to users who will enjoy the subscription to Dr. Security’s emergency response service.
This screen is accessed by default when you log in to the platform, or after selecting the Collectives button from the main menu.
a) If there are no associated groups
If this is your first time accessing the platform and/or there are no groups linked to your account, you will see the screen without information. In this case, you need to create a collective to start managing users.
b) If there are associated groups
When you have previously created one or more collectives, they will appear on the screen in the form of a list:
On the screen, you will see the total number of existing groups:
As well as a table with information about each group, specified by columns:
- Collective logo: Previously uploaded at the time of creating the collective, if there is not one, an image icon is displayed.
- ID: Unique numerical identifier of the group, automatically generated by the system.
- Name: Name associated with the collective and date on which it was created.
- Users: Number of users linked to the group and date of the last edit.
- Description: Information about the group.
- Postal Code: Postal code and city of the group.
- Country: Country where the emergency service will be active.
- Arrow-shaped icon: Allows acces to the group to view more detailed information and/or manage it.
