Request cancellation of a group/user
The Dealers platform does not allow groups and/or users to be unsubscribed directly.
Any termination or cancellation must be made or notified by completing the requested form and sending it to the email drs.support@telemedik.com with a minimum of 15 days notice prior to the month in which the withdrawal is requested. On the 30th of each month they are processed in the system and the service is deactivated.
Example: A user has an annual subscription date from January 30, 2022 to December 30, 2022 and wants to request the cancellation of said user for the month of August 2022. It must be notified at least 15 days before the end of July . On July 30, the user will be unsubscribed, so that on August 1, the user’s subscription will be terminated and they will not have Dr. Security’s emergency service.
